Cause 4 Paws Tioga is a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to rescuing stray cats and kittens in Tioga county, P.A. When able, we provide financial assistance for emergency situations, provide foster homes and seek out adoption opportunities for the cats and kittens in our care. When able, we also provide financial assistance for spaying and neutering both stray and owned cats and kittens. It is our goal to reduce the number of unwanted kittens being born each year and provide care and a home for those being born. We are a foster home based rescue and not a shelter. Our cats live in a home environment and not in cages. We often take in special needs cats and kittens and the ones no one else wants. We believe each and every cat deserves to live in a loving furever home, and special needs should never be considered a death sentence.
